EnrollFlow by Bob · for child care
The parent who gets voicemail enrolls somewhere else.
Parents call during nap time, at pickup and at 9 pm after the kids are down. Bob answers every one in your program's name, asks the child's age, the start date and the schedule, and puts the tour on your calendar. You get the summary. Your staff stays with the children.
Bob Books is $247 a month. Keep your number. Cancel anytime.

Example summary. Every call also keeps its recording and transcript.
Every enrollment call, handled the same good way.
Bob is not a voicemail menu. He has the conversation your best front desk person would have, then gets out of the way.
Answers in your name
Day, night and weekends, in English or Spanish. Bob says he is your program's AI assistant, so no parent is misled.
Asks what you would ask
The child's age, when the family needs care to start, full or part time and which days, plus anything you tell Bob to check, like potty training or subsidy.
Books the tour
A 30-minute tour in the slots you choose, sent to your calendar as an invite. No open spot that fits? Bob books a callback and tells the parent when to expect it.
Sends you the summary
Who called, the child's age, start date, schedule, the questions they asked and what was booked. Waitlist calls are captured the same way.
Bob never discusses a child who is already enrolled, pickup permissions, custody or medical details, and he never promises a spot or a price you have not given him. A current parent with something urgent, or anything about a child's safety, goes straight to the number you choose.
What do unanswered parent calls cost you?
Put in your own numbers. Count the calls that go to voicemail or ring out while everyone is in a classroom, and the share of those families who would have enrolled if someone had picked up.
Walking away each year
$274,560
in first-year tuition from about 20.8 families
Your inputs, simple multiplication: calls a week x 52 x enroll rate x tuition x 12.
Any program a parent calls about.
One room in your home or six locations across town, licensed center or after-school club. If families call you to ask about a spot, Bob takes the call.

A short setup call with Bob
Bob asks about your age groups, hours, openings, tuition you are happy to share and how tours work. You confirm or correct; he suggests the rest.
Forward the calls you miss
Send missed and after-hours calls from your current number to Bob. Families keep dialing the number they already know.
Connect your calendar
Once we verify it, Bob books tours into it. Until then he takes the request and tells the parent you will confirm, so he never claims a tour that is not booked.
Two ways in. No setup fee.
One location takes Bob Books. A group with several locations, or an owner who wants the whole office automated, takes BobOps.

Questions directors ask
Will parents know they are talking to an AI?
Yes. Bob introduces himself as your program's AI assistant at the start of every call. Parents mostly care that someone picked up, knew the answers and got them a tour.
Do I need a new phone number?
No. Forward the calls you miss, or your after-hours calls, from your current number to Bob. Families keep calling the number on your sign and your website.
What if we are full?
Bob tells the parent honestly, takes the child's age and start date for your waitlist, and offers a tour or a callback for when a spot opens. You decide which.
Will Bob quote tuition?
Only the numbers you give him at setup. If you would rather talk price in person, he says the director will go over tuition at the tour.
What does Bob refuse to do?
He never shares anything about an enrolled child, never confirms who may pick a child up, never gives medical or legal advice, and never promises a spot. Anything about a child's safety goes to your on-call number right away.
How long are tours, and when?
30 minutes by default, only in the windows you set (say, 9:30 to 11 and after 1 pm, away from drop-off, lunch and nap). Change either any time.
What about the minutes?
Bob Books includes 350 voice minutes a month. We tell you at 80% and again at 100%, and nothing extra is charged unless you say so in writing.
