No office required
Run the whole business from your phone.
Bob answers the calls, works the inbox, keeps the calendar and sends you the numbers. Your crew carries the office in their pockets, and anyone who helps you run things can do it from anywhere. One system, built around how you actually work, doing the boring part so the humans on your team do the meaningful part.
Lists at $3,997 a month. That is the ceiling: a salesperson sets the real number on a short call.
The boring part of running a company, taken off every phone
Everything an office existed to do, running around the clock without sick days, turnover, or a lease, so the people on your team spend their day on work only a person can do.
Every call answered
Bob picks up in seconds, day or night, in English or Spanish. Emergencies get flagged and sent straight to your cell.
Your inbox, handled
Quotes, follow-ups, scheduling replies, and invoice questions answered in your voice. You see everything in one thread.
Calendar and booking
Bob checks availability, books the job, confirms, reschedules, and cancels. Your calendar stays accurate without you touching it.
Schedule coordination
Bob holds the right day, confirms it, and tells the customer when something moves. Your crew sees the day on their phones, from one calendar instead of a group text.
Monthly reporting
Calls answered, jobs booked, peak hours, and the estimated revenue from those jobs, in plain English every month.
Your own network, not a template
Week one maps how your shop actually runs, then the system is tuned to that. Every phone on your team works the same queue, the same calendar, the same numbers.
Built for how a trade business actually runs
The owner
Run the company from the truck, the job site, or the lake. Calls handled, jobs booked, and the numbers arrive on your phone.
The office manager
Whoever helps you run things does not need a desk. The queue, the inbox and the calendar are a web page that opens on any phone, from anywhere.
The crew
Techs get the day and the job details on their phones. Customers get confirmations and updates without anyone chasing them.
Eliminate the office. Keep the people.
The office was never the point. It was where the boring work had to happen. Put that work on a system and the company runs on a fleet of phones, with every person on it doing something a person should be doing.
The owner's phone
Every call answered and logged. Every job on the calendar. The month's numbers, in plain English, without asking anyone.
The crew's phones
The day's schedule and the job details, confirmed with the customer before the truck rolls. Nobody calls the office to ask what is next, because there is no office to call.
Whoever helps you
The inbox, the queue and the calendar open in a browser on any phone. Your people can be at home, in another state, or in the passenger seat.
Nothing to install. Everything above runs in the browser on a normal phone today.

A short call. We hear how the shop runs, you hear what week one would find, and the number gets set there. The website price is the ceiling.

Why the price is a conversation
List price. The website number is the ceiling, not the floor: a salesperson sets the real figure on a short call, and it is usually lower.
A two-truck shop and a twelve-truck shop do not need the same build, and we would rather price the one in front of us than sell everybody the ceiling.
Not in the price: the AI itself
BobOps is built on Claude, the models made by Anthropic, and it runs on a Claude account in your name. Anthropic bills that usage to you at its published rates, with no markup from us. We set the account up with you in week one, and your monthly report shows what it cost, to the dollar.
Already on Bob? BobOps includes Bob Front End, so your account moves up and the difference is settled with your salesperson.
Only need the phones covered? Bob Answers, Bob Books and Bob Front End start at $997 a year.
Before you hand Bob the office
Is the website price what I will pay?
$3,997 a month is the list price and the ceiling. The real number is set on a call with a salesperson who has heard how your shop runs, and it is usually lower. Month to month. Stop any month, no cancellation fee.
Why do I need my own Claude account?
Your data stays on your own account, we never meter or mark up your usage, and it lets us scale your system as far as your business goes without renegotiating the price. We specialise in building on Anthropic's models, so this is the account BobOps is designed around. The report shows the exact figure every month, so there is never a surprise.
What happens if we go past the included minutes?
Nothing hits your card by surprise. We tell you at 80% and again at 100% of the 750 minutes. If you run out, Bob keeps answering and takes the caller's details and callback request. He does not hang up on your customer. To keep full service running you either prepay a minute block or tell us in writing to allow overage at $0.50 a minute. Auto top-up is off unless you switch it on, and you set a spend cap first.
Can I keep my existing phone number?
Yes. You keep your number and customers dial it as they always have. You forward it to the number Bob answers on, which takes about two minutes with your carrier.
When does Bob start booking and answering email?
Booking switches on once your calendar is connected and we have verified it, and the inbox once your mailbox is connected. Until each check passes Bob takes the request and says your team will confirm, so he never claims a booking that did not happen.
What happens when Bob cannot handle something?
He knows his limits. Emergencies and anything outside his scope transfer straight to your on-call number. Everything else becomes a detailed message with a notification, so no caller is left hanging.
Still deciding? Ask Bob yourself. He answers questions about his own pricing.
The whole company, in your pocket.
BobOps does the boring part around the clock. You and your people do the work that matters, from wherever you are.
